The Freya Skirt.

There is a story behind this skirt. I saw the Eva Mendez Freya Dress on a magazine and I fall in love with it.. I was trying to ordered online but I decide to wait for the stores to bring it in and try it on.. and the sad thing was that it fitted too long on me. I could buy it and fix it but I understand that there are things that you love it but simply they aren’t for you..for my surprise I found this skirt that is very similar to the dress and the waist band gives me option to make it work if it fits too long on me. Also I love the idea that I can pair it with different tops and have different looks.

Hay una historia detrás de esta talada. Desde que vi el vestido Freya de la colección de Eva Méndez para New York & Company me enamore de el y desde ahí empezó a buscarlo online para ordenarlo pero decidí esperar hasta que las tiendas lo tuvieran para poder probármelo y lo más triste fue que no me gustó como se me veía, lo pude haber comprado y arreglarlo pero entendí que hay cosas que por más que te gusten simplemente no son para ti…. para mi sorpresa fue que encontré una falda muy similar al vestido y la banda de la cintura me da la opción de usarla más alta y me encantó la idea de que la puedo combinar con diferentes blusas y tener looks diferentes.
